8º F Ice Cream Mania opened in August at 5615 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 340, Colleyville. The business serves from-scratch, rolled ice cream, which is made by using a stainless steel cold plate and spatulas. Once the chilled ice cream is rolled into scrolls it is topped off with fresh fruit, whipped cream and toppings.
