Uptown Cheapskate opened its doors in October at 5615 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 120, Colleyville, to begin purchasing gently used clothes. Since then, the store has been building inventory and has not opened for sales. But on Jan. 23, the store will fully open and customers can come to both buy and sell their clothing.
