A new authentic Italian restaurant is set to open in Southlake Town Square this November. Stella Trattoria, located at 242 State St., will feature homemade family recipes from owner Paola Pedrignani. Offerings will include focaccia, pasta, pizza and more. A website and phone number are not yet available.
