Dragon House reopened Nov. 20 under new ownership. The Chinese food restaurant, located at 2640 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, previously closed Oct. 30 after the previous owner was arrested. The restaurant was financially linked to illegal activities at Jade Spa in Dallas, according to a police report from the Dallas Police Department, which led to the previous owner's arrest.
