"It was inspiring to see so many people on social media wanting to support them in their last weekend," Rose said.
Snuffer's opened in Colleyville in 2015 and also had a full brunch menu, which included vanilla bourbon pancakes, loaded avocado toast, hot honey fried chicken and French toast, Community Impact previously reported.
Founder Pat Snuffer opened the first Snuffer's in Dallas in 1978.
