The council is also contracting with Christmas by Zenith for the installation, maintenance, removal and storage of Christmas lights and decorations for the Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The decorations will be at the Grand Hall, the Settlement to City Museums, the Lancaster Building and the Palace Building. The contract will be for an estimated $18,812, according to city documents.
The annual contract with First Choice Christmas Lights for installation and maintenance of lights and decor for the Parks and Recreation department was also renewed by council for $250,000. The contract includes tree and building lighting as well as the setup of props and scenes.
