Mavis Tire renovation approved by Grapevine City Council

“We purchased NTB a couple years ago,” Squires said. “Now we’re just bringing our full brand here.”

Squires said that Mavis Tire plans to repaint as well as add new signage to the existing building.

Additionally, an outside parking area will be added for customers to pick up their vehicles.

Council member Duff O’Dell believes that the updated look for the property will be an improvement.

“Well, it's not always easy to make a tire place look pretty,” O’Dell said. “But you managed to do it.”

What's next

Renovations on Mavis Tire are currently underway and will take about three weeks to complete, an employee from Mavis Tire said.
