Colleyville’s proposed capital improvement program includes more than $35 million in drainage, streets and facilities projects.
Council members got an overview of the fiscal year 2026-27 capital improvement program during a work session July 21.
As part of the city’s budget adoption process, the list of projects in the capital improvement program will be finalized, according to a staff presentation.
The overview
Colleyville’s capital improvements program breaks down future projects over the course of five years and identifies a potential schedule and funding sources. For FY 2026-27, the total cost for all projects is $35.18 million, per the presentation.
“We have a variety of projects from various departments in the city,” Public Works and Parks and Recreation Director Lisa Escobedo said. “Some projects are multiyear or multifunded.”
