Country music recording artist and writer Rhett Akins will perform a free concert at the city of Colleyville’s Stars and Guitars event on June 21.
The concert will be held on the south ground of city hall, with a fireworks show to follow. Reserved tables will be available to purchase May 29 for $40 per table—a maximum of two tables per purchaser—and will seat six people.
The backstory
Akins has had 35 singles reach No. 1 on the chart between writing and singing, and had the top spot in 1995 with "That Ain't My Truck," according to a news release.
