Two new principals are set to helm iUniversity Prep and Silver Lake Elementary School after their appointments May 20 by the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD board of trustees. Skip Carter and Nicole Whiteside were both unanimously approved for their new positions at iUniversity Prep and Silver Lake Elementary School, respectively. Carter is currently serving as an assistant principal in Northwest ISD, and Whiteside is serving as the interim principal at Silver Lake Elementary, according to a district news release. The two were both unanimously approved for their new positions during the board’s regular meeting. GCISD Superintendent Robin Ryan commended the administrators for their work.
