A new Mediterranean-style Turkish restaurant will be opening its doors in Colleyville by the end of 2025.

Truva Mediterranean Bar and Grill will open in the former Black Walnut Cafe location off Church Street, according to an Aug. 7 Facebook post from owner Can Karataş.
The food spot will be the “largest Mediterranean restaurant in Dallas,” Karataş said in the post.
Karataş is also the CEO and owner of Istanbul Cuisine in Flower Mound and Southlake, which has menu items such as kebab platters, seafood platters, lamb shank, kofte and mousakka.
The building has been empty since Black Walnut Cafe closed in August 2024, according to previous reporting.
