Esparza’s Restaurante Mexicano opened on May 1, 1985, offering Tex-Mex dishes and margaritas, according to a news release.
The restaurant occupies a late 1800s renovated house in Grapevine's historic district and it is known as the Margarita Capital of Texas, according to its website.
President Steve Brown said there are nearly 30 employees who have been with the company for at least 15 years. Ten have more than 25 years of service, while five more have been there for more than 30 years, including general manager Gabriel Diaz, who started as a busboy as a teenager, according to a news release.
