A rezoning request approved by the Southlake City Council will lead to the construction of four new houses on West Continental Boulevard.
The details
Sage Group, Inc., on behalf of Stephanie Lomme, requested the change at 2300 W. Continental Blvd. from agriculture to transition zoning district. An existing house that was constructed in 1981 will be torn down and four single-family residential housing will be constructed on the 2.57-acre lot.
The original plan for five houses on the lot was denied by Planning & Zoning and council in February, according to city documents.
