Site plans approved for Constellation Southlake warehouse development

Southlake City Council approved site plans for a warehouse development at their Sept. 19 meeting.

The details

The Constellation Southlake development will bring large warehouses to Hwy. 26 and Mustang Court. Halff is spearheading the project on behalf of Constellation Real Estate, according to project details.

The total square footage of the four buildings is roughly 546,330 square feet, according to project details. The site will not have direct access to residential areas.

“Along the residential area ... there is a large wall that’s going to be there,” said Kaylie Flynn, Halff’s land development team leader. “The houses will be much higher and won't be able to see as much of the industrial area.”
