Southlake City Council approved the development of a new single-family residential subdivision to be named Rainey Court.
The council voted unanimously to approve a zoning change for the land from an agricultural district to a single-family district at a May 3 meeting.
The property spans just under 5 acres and will contain four residential lots, each averaging around 43,500 square feet, according to city documents.
The price point for the homes in the development is about $3 million, though the size of the homes themselves has not yet been decided, according to documents. The houses will be built by developer Hawkins-Welwood Homes.
