Colliers, a professional services and investment management company, is behind a new industrial development under construction in Grapevine.
A 42,000-square-foot building called Box Grapevine can be divided in half and features a 2,170-square-foot office space, according to online information about the project. The building will have 13 dock doors, a clearance height of 28 feet and 64 parking spaces, which would expand to 89.
Ben Wallace, vice president of industrial services for Colliers, said the building will be potentially available to buy or lease once construction is completed.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the work has an estimated cost of $400,000.
