Colliers, a professional services and investment management company, has more than 200,000 square feet for lease in a new warehouse in Grapevine.
Called DFW West Logistics Park, the total development will include four buildings and more than 1.1 million square feet on Euless-Grapevine Road, according to the Colliers website.
West1 was a $20 million project, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. This is the first phase, according to the Colliers website.
