Tarrant County commissioners unanimously approved interlocal agreements with Colleyville to resurface 15 roads throughout the city.
At their Feb. 1 meeting, commissioners approved the interlocal agreement with the city itself, along with an agreement to actually begin the work, according to the agenda items. The Colleyville City Council approved the agreement at its Jan. 18 meeting.
The agreement will rehabilitate and resurface Tinker Road from Pleasant Run Road to 70 feet east of Kingston Drive, and Jackson Road from Oak Knoll Drive to 500 feet south, the agenda item states. In addition, the interlocal agreement will partially rehabilitate and resurface Sherwood Lane from Jackson Road to Hickory Hill Street, and Spring Hollow Street from Cheek Sparger Road to Sherwood Lane.
Resurfacing will be done on Allendale Street from Cheek Sparger Road to Sherwood Lane; Deepwood Road from Cheek Sparger Road to Hickory Hill Street; and Hickory Hill Street from Spring Hollow Street to the dead end, according to the item.
