Italy-based manufacturer ATLIX plans to open its U.S. headquarters and distribution center near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
The company signed a long-term lease for the 17,180-square-foot industrial space in May, according to a news release. ATLIX’s space will include 4,300 square feet for offices and storage space, a demonstration area and the distribution center.
“ATLIX’s executives chose Dallas/Fort Worth for its U.S. headquarters because they wanted to be in an easily accessible international city, said Shane Benner, first vice president in the Fort Worth office of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, in the news release. “They will be hosting clients from all over the world at this site.”
Benner represented the tenant while Keaton Brice and Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, per the release.
