Wife and husband Vinnie and Jeff McElhaney took over ownership of Woops Bakeshop on June 17. The bakery, previously owned by Candice Lui, is located at 1500 Rivery Blvd., Ste. 2155, Georgetown. Woops will continue to offer coffee, pastries, gelato, cookies and sandwiches.
