City hosts Halloween party The city of Georgetown Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Halloween Festival that will feature a free Trick-or-Treat Village, carnival-style games and food. Third annual 50 Fellas Foodfest to raise money for GISD Education Foundation 50 Fellas Foodfest brings 50 teams of culinary talents that will show off their appetizer, entree and dessert-making skills.
