A variety of new dining concepts—from ramen and sushi spots to dessert shops and elevated bar fare—are bringing fresh flavors to North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown and Leander.
The gourmet shop serves cookies loaded with toppings such as white chocolate caramel, cinnamon sugar churro cream, strawberry cheesecake and Dubai chocolate. The cookies are paired with vanilla soft serve drizzled with a variety of syrup flavors.
Offering a sweet and savory take on breakfast, lunch and dinner, this concept features a variety of crepes, croissant-waffles, omelettes, pasta dishes and sandwiches. Coffee beverages, matcha and gelato round out the menu, with takeout and delivery available.
Set within the Paggi House art gallery and event space, this new bar offers a pre-dinner aperitivo hour with wine and small bites, such as custom charcuterie boards. More than 40 bottles of red, white, rose and sparkling wines are available, ranging from $30-$250.
Featuring a mix of elevated bar fare and game-day favorites, the menu includes items such as boudin eggrolls, Korean shrimp tostadas, smash burgers and buffalo chicken tacos. A large LED screen and dozens of draft beers, including many from Texas breweries, anchor the viewing experience.
The restaurant prepares hand-pressed tortillas daily alongside dishes such as ceviche, Spanish mussels, mesquite-grilled chicken and elote tacos. The menu also includes lump crab enchiladas and a range of handcrafted cocktails.
After delays, this concept has entered its soft opening phase, serving authentic ramen made with housemade noodles. The menu also includes chicken karaage, gyoza and a selection of Japanese cocktails, sake and whiskey.
