Wolf Lakes LP, the developer of Wolf Lakes Village, plans to break ground in March 2021 with the construction of the infrastructure—roads, water quality pond, wastewater, water, and other utilities—necessary for the Ascension Seton project, Wolf Lakes LP President Iva Wolf McLachlan said.
“Ascension Seton has not yet given us their start date, but we expect Ascension Seton’s medical office building to be the first project to break ground at Wolf Lakes Village,” Wolf McLachlan said.
Ascension Seton bought the 12-acre site located in the southwest section of the Wolf Lakes Village site located at the intersection of I-35 and Hwy. 29.
According to a news release, the 40,000- to 60,000-square-foot medical office building will encompass a wide range of specialties and services, including orthopedics and full outpatient imaging services—X-Ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and bone density testing—with more specialties expected in the future.
