Home prices and the number of homes sold in Georgetown are on the rise in 2018, although the rate at which homes are sold is slowing down, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors. As of May 2018, Georgetown homes for sale have been on the market for an average of 73 days, which is nearly 12 days longer than the average from May 2017.
