At the beginning of the year, Sloane said vendors would be shifting at the store, with some moving out and new ones moving in.

Since opening in June, the shop has also brought in Custom Frames by Daniel, which operates inside the store, and Mas has continued to expand as space has become available.

Kimberly Keller, a former art teacher at Georgetown High School, hosts painting classes at Mas and said she anticipates the gallery will give her a chance to continue networking with former students and give them real-world experience in a gallery.

I kept thinking there has to be some way to honor their contribution to our art world, Keller said. What better way than to self-promote your artwork? Nothing feels as validating as to have someone pay for your artwork.
