Construction of the Universal Parkway and Frisco Street projects are making progress, according to a July project report.
The details
The Universal Parkway project costs $12.94 million, and the Frisco Street project costs $20.86 million, according to the city’s capital improvement site. Funding for the projects comes from the city of Frisco.
Both roadways, which are located east of the Dallas North Tollway, surround the future Universal Kids Resort. The roads will connect northbound Dallas Parkway to a future extension of Panther Creek Parkway, which is farther to the east with a six-lane divided roadway.
