Final design has started to reconstruct Meadow Hill Drive as a 26-foot-wide concrete road with drainage ditches from North County Road to Preston Road. Other improvements will include driveway culvert upgrades, a 5-foot wide sidewalk along the north side of the road and water line upgrades.
