Legacy Drive widening
Project: Legacy Drive and Stonebrook Parkway will be widened and reconstructed. The project will span Legacy from Lebanon Road to Stonebrook and along Stonebrook from Legacy to 4th Army Drive.
Update: The project is in the design phase with construction bidding expected to start later this year.
Warren Parkway construction
Project: Warren Parkway will be updated from Legacy Drive to Gaylord Parkway, though project details are not yet available.
Update: The project is in the design phase with construction bidding expected to start in early 2027.

John Hickman Parkway updates
Project: John Hickman Parkway will be updated from Dallas North Tollway to Parkwood Boulevard. Project details are not yet finalized.

Hillcrest Road construction
Project: Hillcrest Road will be constructed into a four-lane divided roadway from Eldorado Parkway to Main Street.
Update: The project will be reimbursed through a developer agreement and is in the planning phase with construction expected to go out for bid in early 2028.
Frisco Street roundabout additions
Project: Four roundabouts will be added to intersections along Frisco Street at Technology Drive, Sports Village Road, All Stars Avenue and Research Road.
Update: The project is in the design phase and will convert intersections into multilane roundabouts.
Oak Street reinvestment
Project: Oak Street will be updated from Second Street to North County Road.

Lebanon Road widening
Project: Lebanon Road is being widened from a four-lane divided roadway to a six-lane divided roadway from FM 423 to Todd Drive.
Update: The project is under construction and still has about a year of work remaining.
Teel Parkway widening
Project: Teel Parkway is being widened from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway. Construction spans Teel Parkway from Stafford Middle School to Olive Branch Road.
Update: The project is under construction.
Mahard Parkway construction
Project: Mahard Parkway is being constructed from PGA Parkway to US 380 and will be six lanes. The project borders the Firefly Park development.
Update: The project is under construction and expected to wrap later this year.
PGA Parkway construction
Project: PGA Parkway is being constructed to a six-lane divided roadway from Preston Road to Coit Road.
Update: The project is under construction and expected to wrap this year.
Frisco Street updates
Project: Frisco Street will be constructed to a four-lane divided roadway from Eldorado Parkway to Panther Creek Parkway.

Ohio Drive roundabout addition
