Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Pondmoon Capital opened a 285-unit luxury apartment community, Mirra, in Frisco.
The developers brought the apartment community to Frisco Square at 8320 Church St., according to a June 12 news release. Its first residents have already moved in.

Construction started in January 2023, and announced that Mirra had opened in a June 12 news release.
Mirra offers units ranging from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom, according to the release.
The apartments will have additional amenities such as a resort-style pool and a two-story fitness center, according in the release. It will also feature granite countertops and stainless steel applications.
Toll Brothers Apartment Living is the apartment development division of Toll Brothers, Inc.
