A new luxury rental community in north Frisco, Greenway Village at The Link, is wrapping up construction and now leasing.

Community Manager Ashley Irish said the property was developed by Stillwater Capital and is managed by RangeWater Real Estate.
The 31-acre development includes 215 private rental residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans across detached homes and townhomes, according to a company news release. Units feature stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, walk-in closets, double-vanity bathrooms, in-home washer and dryer, and private garages.
Irish said they began leasing last fall, and final construction is expected to finish this summer.

Greenway Village is located near the intersection of PGA Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, close to the PGA of America headquarters and Fields Ranch golf courses. Residents also have access to a walking trail that connects to 50 acres of adjacent green space, per the release.
Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center and resident lounge, according to the release. The development also features landscaped courtyards, outdoor gathering areas and shared neighborhood spaces.
Irish said the community is designed for people who like the lifestyle of community living but want the privacy of an individual home.
“A lot of people love the idea of not sharing walls, but like the sense of community,” Irish said.
