Frisco Station is adding 70 luxury homes to its mixed-use development.
The 242-acre mixed development includes a mix of office, residential, hotel and medical development space. Frisco Station announced the sale of 23 acres to Toll Brothers on Aug. 18 for the new single-family residential community, according to a news release.
The gist
With the land sale to Toll Brothers, Frisco Station is now planning 70 single-family luxury residential spaces.
According to a Frisco Station news release, the community will feature homes ranging from 2,800 to 4,700 square feet. Home sites will be 64 feet wide, and buyers can choose between one- and two-story home designs.
The addition of 70 luxury homes will place residents within walking distance of Frisco’s Star District, with Frisco Station’s 30-acre park and trail system also accessible, according to the release.
What they’re saying
“We are thrilled to introduce Toll Brothers at Frisco Station, where home shoppers can experience luxury living in the heart of Frisco,” Toll Brothers President Jay Saunders said in the release. “This community will offer residents an elevated lifestyle with convenient access to Frisco’s outstanding dining, shopping, entertainment, and top-rated schools.”
“We have a special opportunity to offer high-end, single-family residential homes during a time when available land in Frisco is limited,” said Mike Berry, Hillwood president and Frisco Station general partner, in the release. “The Frisco Station Partnership is excited to partner with a premier homebuilder like Toll Brothers to bring high-quality, luxury housing to the North Platinum Corridor and broaden the residential offerings in Frisco Station for corporate customers seeking the convenience of living close to work.”
One more thing
The 70-unit development is anticipated to begin construction in spring 2027 and is estimated to open for sale in fall 2028, according to the release.
Frisco Station added nearly 50,000 square feet in new leases in May, bringing the building to 48% leased. The development will also feature three hotels, a medical office building and entertainment options.
Frisco Station’s construction will take place in phases. Planning for Frisco Station has been in the works since 1962, according to previous reporting.
