The lake is at 480.65 feet. One of the main triggers for Stage 4 water restrictions is if Lavon Lake drops to 475 feet.
The city has saved about 1.79 billion gallons of water since June 3, 2013, when it was placed on Stage 3 drought restrictions, Hartwell said.
In April, the city on average used 17.4 million gallons of water per day, or about 144 gallons per person per day.
