Gaylord and John Hickman parkways open to traffic

The extended four-lane roadways go through The Star in Frisco, a 91-acre mixed-use development at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. The extensions include a multilane roundabout where the two roads meet. The roads also have traffic signals and stop signs.
