Photo by Krista WadsworthArmed with Post-It Notes and Sharpies, residents gathered at the first Community Open House on April 10 to give their input for the city of Frisco's comprehensive plan, which is undergoing an update.
Participants went through a series of interactive "stations" where they were asked to comment on a number of aspects of living, working, traveling and playing in Frisco.
The six stations, complete with large city maps outlining different aspects of the community, were manned by a city of Frisco official or a member of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee who explained the activity to the resident. Residents were asked to comment on six different topics, including:
Lifelong community—What will make Frisco attractive to people at all stages of their lives?
