Rezoning discussions for Frisco ISD elementary, middle and high schools will begin at the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees Oct. 13 meeting.
The zones will be presented to the board at the meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the FISD Administration Building, 5515 Ohio Drive.
The public will have a chance to give input on the proposed zones in November, and the board is expected to make final rezoning decisions at its December meeting.
Zoning discussions include:
Reedy High School—affecting Frisco and Wakeland High Schools
Trent Middle School—affecting Stafford Middle School
Pearson Middle School—affecting Pioneer Heritage and Hunt Middle Schools
Norris Elementary School—affecting Ashley and Mooneyham Elementary Schools
Modifications to existing Robertson Elementary School and Boals Elementary School attendance zones
Modifications to existing Lone Star High School and Wakeland High School attendance zones.
The district is also expected to consider and act on the District Action Plan for the 2014-15 school year.
