Monument Realty, a Frisco-based real estate brokerage firm, announced March 22 that it has expanded its presence with the addition of The Associates Realty and The Cheney Group.
The Associates Realty is a Dallas-based brokerage firm led by Robert Elliott, and The Cheney Group is led by Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney and is located at the Ford Center at The Star. Monument Realty was founded in 2017 by Eddie and Tiffany Burns and is also located at The Star.
With the acquisition of The Associates Realty, Monument Realty is able to immediately immerse itself in the central Dallas market, according to a news release. Elliott will maintain a position on the Monument Realty executive leadership board.
