Frisco’s Baylor Scott & White Medical Center near PGA Parkway is investing $1.55 million to construct a new cardiac rehabilitation gym.
According to a TDLR filing, the hospital will finish out an existing 5,720 square-foot shell space to create a new cardiac rehabilitation facility. Also included in the project scope are new waiting, reception and nurse stations, men’s and women’s locker rooms, consultation and examination rooms, an office and staff lounge.
Construction on the new cardiac rehab gym is expected to begin Sept. 1 and finish by Feb. 26, 2027, according to the filing. The project marks the first major expansion Baylor Scott & White has filed for at its $265 million campus, which opened in July 2025.
