Radiance! events will return to Frisco this year with two new experiences for the upcoming holiday season: Frights‘n Lights Frisco and Frozen in Frisco.
Frights‘n Lights Frisco is scheduled for Sept. 30-Nov. 6 at Riders Field, 7300 Roughriders Trail. The new, family-friendly Halloween experience is billed as “an Instagram wonderland chock full of ‘phantasmic’ photo opportunities,” according to an announcement from Peerless Production Group. Attendees will be able to trek a large trick-or-treat trail and enjoy games, a hay maze and a drive-in movie theater featuring a 40-foot screen.
Frozen in Frisco, running Nov. 18-Jan. 6 at Riders Field, is transitioning from a drive-thru experience into a “theme park-style ride” that will guide guests through a winter-themed carnival, the announcement said. A new, mile-long light show with over 3 million lights will be complemented by classic tunes. Other attractions will include a two-story ice tubing hill and a 108-foot Ferris wheel.
“Radiance! was immensely successful last year thanks to our wonderful guests, and we were just getting started,” CEO of PPG Jill Lank said in the announcement.
