Drive-thru graduation ceremonies are among the options Frisco ISD is considering for its graduating senior class, according to Superintendent Mike Waldrip.
He updated the board of trustees at an April 7 meeting with three possible plans for graduation.
Plan A moves forward with 10 normal graduation ceremonies on their scheduled dates, Waldrip said at the meeting. This plan would occur should FISD return to school on May 4 and finish out the school year.
In-person classes for FISD schools are suspended through May 1 following action by Gov. Greg Abbott for all public schools due to the coronavirus outbreak.
