Frisco ISD is looking to identify gaps and help improve planning processes through a survey of all staff members, parents and fourth- through 12th-grade students.
Associate Deputy Superintendent Wes Cunningham said the surveys intend to collect opinions from staff, parents and students. Survey information can be used to inform improvement efforts by the district while identifying gaps and alignments of stakeholder perceptions.
“These are things that support the [instructional support team], the district departments, campus leadership, and it’s used to help us gather information needed to support the [operation] of the district,” he said during a March 23 board of trustees workshop meeting.
Students will be asked to complete a survey during school hours. Parents can preview the surveys for elementary students and secondary students via FISD's website. Parents should have received a direct link April 12 via email to complete their own survey. Staff members will receive a direct email with directions on how to complete the survey.
