Mike’s Chicken is slated to open a location in Frisco, a company representative said.
The menu features a variety of fried chicken options including tenders, wings, dark meat and white meat. Additional menu items include sandwiches, salads, baked beans, french fries and coleslaw. Homemade sauces options include white cream gravy, Mike’s buffalo, ranch and honey mustard.

The finish out of an existing 2,960 square-foot tenant space has an estimated construction cost of $350,000, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The project is slated to begin construction in January and scheduled for completion in April.
