I Scream Gelato plans location in Frisco’s The Mix Development

I Scream Gelato has planned a future location in Frisco’s The Mix development, according to documents filed with TDLR.

According to a TDLR filing, a 1,410-square-foot space at 5302 Dallas Parkway will undergo a roughly $100,000 renovation into an ice cream shop. The filing shows the scope of the work includes interior partition walls, architectural finishes, electrical and plumbing.

Construction to convert the space is expected to start Oct. 1 and finish by Jan. 30, 2027, according to the filing.

I Scream Gelato serves traditional Italian gelato and sweet treats like bubble waffles, pancakes, crepes and milkshakes. Gelato flavors include blood orange, mango, strawberry vanilla and coffee.

I Scream Gelato currently operates out of a location in Plano’s Granite Park, along with locations in Colorado, Florida and Ohio.
