The Del Webb at Trinity Falls neighborhood in McKinney will receive a new amenities building with a gym, locker rooms and an indoor pool, according to TDLR documents. The building will cover 18,500 square feet and will be completed by December 2027, the documents state.

3. Hospital renovationTDLR documents show that medical service provider Select Medical will renovate the Sagecrest Hospital in Grapevine. The renovations include improving handicap accessibility, kitchen improvements, imaging improvements and renovations to the physical therapy space.
