Kaleidoscope Park’s Oct. 5-6 grand opening will feature multiple activities spread out across both days, according to a Sept. 24 news release from the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation. This includes face painting, a petting zoo, music performances from the Plano Symphony Orchestra, theater performances, a drone show and more.
The official ribbon cutting ceremony for the park will take place at 11 a.m. Oct. 5. Other scheduled activities include an Oct. 5 tour with Janet Echelman, the artist behind the park’s 133-foot-long, butterfly-inspired art installation.
