Frisco buildings honored at TEXO gala

Toyota Stadium and the Frisco campus of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children buildings brought home awards from TEXO, a national construction association in North and East Texas.

Awards from the Dec. 12 gala went to projects completed in 2018. There were 30 different categories, and two Frisco buildings received four awards.

Toyota Stadium renovation and National Soccer Hall of Fame

Completed by Manhattan Construction Company, the building on World Cup Way won for the category of Building 5, a project that cost between $30 million-$75 million.

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children - North Campus

This building on Dallas Parkway won two awards: Health Care 3 category for a construction over $30 million, and Exteriors category for all contract amounts.

Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center

This center within the North Campus location won in the category of Mechanical 3 for a project over $10 million.
