Construction on Greenway Village at the Link, a new luxury rental community, was finished earlier this year, according to a news release.
The overview
The 215-unit community features private rental homes designed with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans in single-family homes or two-level townhomes, the release states. Each home includes chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style floors, walk-in closets and double-vanity bathrooms, an in-home washer and dryer unit and private garages with yards, the release states.
Greenway Village is located on 31 acres and is situated near the PGA of America Headquarters. The property is adjacent to an additional 50 acres of green space with trail connection directly to the Field Ranch golf course and the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, the release states.
