The city of Frisco hosted a town hall meeting Feb. 29 to go over any questions residents had.[/caption]
Resident questions during Frisco’s town hall meeting Feb. 29 revolved around concerns regarding transportation and planned roundabouts within the city.
The city made three presentations to residents at the beginning of the meeting, one of which explained two roundabouts currently under construction in the city.
Several residents who called into the meeting disagreed with the city’s decision to install roundabouts, stating the intersection design would confuse residents.
Frisco Mayor Maher Maso explained that roundabouts are designed to be more efficient and safer than traditional signaled intersections.
