Texas Regional Bank building nears completion in Frisco

Construction on Texas Regional Bank's Frisco location is nearly finished.

During a Sept. 8 meeting, the Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved a zoning change for a Texas Regional Bank building on a 1.5-acre plot of land near Preston Road and PGA Parkway. The zoning change conforms to a previously approved site plan for the bank.

According to city documents, the required infrastructure for the bank has been installed per the approved construction set and the project is “nearing completion.”

Texas Regional Bank, which was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Harlingen, Texas, offers a variety of services, including:

• Business banking

• Agricultural banking

• Mortgage services

• Trust and wealth management

• Insurance

• International private banking

According to previous coverage, the 3,488-square-foot bank building had an estimated construction cost of $1.7 million and an original construction deadline of Nov. 1, 2025.
