Dar Coffee
The Frisco location features an outdoor patio and a private room capable of seating up to 15 guests. Dar Coffee also operates a coffee cart rentable for weddings, corporate events and trade shows.
Frisco Chess Club
The Frisco Chess Club by Coppell Chess Club was created to help young chess players build confidence and reach their full potential, according to the organization website.
Mero Mero Modern Tex Mex
The 4,568-square-foot restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating options, a bar stocked with more than 50 liquor and spirit brands and a menu featuring house-made tortillas, fajitas, fresh salsas, ribeye tacos, enchiladas, chips and drinks.
North Dallas Bank and Trust Co
The 3.9-acre multi-use campus features a 30,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building anchored by NDBT’s banking center and a community greenspace with historic sculptures and artifacts.
Northwest Community Park
The park is now open in Frisco and features 122 acres of nature, trails and more. The park is built for cyclists of all skill levels. The trails vary in difficulty.
Puja’s Trendz
Founded in October 2021 with its first location in Euless, Puja’s Trendz is a boutique that sells traditional Indian clothing, fusion fashion and jewelry. Following the Euless location’s permanent closure, the Frisco store will serve as Puja’s Trendz’s flagship location. The boutique contains a range of fabrics for festivals, weddings and home comfort.
Red’s on Main
The restaurant announced its temporary closure July 30 as it sought additional funding amid a summer of declining business. The business reopened Sept. 9. The restaurant serves a variety of smash burgers, wings and paninis. The business opened in the space formerly occupied by Maple Street Biscuit Company.
Texas Regional Bank
The Frisco location will provide full-service relationship banking for individuals, families and businesses, including business and personal banking, treasury management and commercial lending.
Water Wings Swim School
According to a company press release, Water Wings Swim School classes average a four-to-one student-to-instructor ratio with instructors certified in water safety, first aid and CPR. The Frisco location is owned and operated by Ali Robaei, according to the release.

Bella Gente Gourmet Market
Bella Gente is a family-owned Italian restaurant that serves pizza, focaccia bread, pasta dishes and sandwiches, along with dessert items like tiramisu, cheesecake and pastries. The business opened its first location in Fort Worth in May 2025 and is planning its Frisco restaurant at the former Sweetwaters Tea and Coffee site.

What’s next
Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers
A second Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers location could be coming to Frisco next year, according to documents filed with TDLR. According to the filing, a 2,764-square-foot space at 2275 University Drive will undergo a roughly $90,000 renovation and interior finish-out. Construction to convert the space is expected to begin Nov. 16 and finish by Jan. 11, 2027, according to the filing.
Solidcore
The business is a high-intensity, low-impact fitness studio that uses specialized resistance-based machines to deliver controlled full-body workouts. Classes focus on building strength, endurance and core stability.

The new Class A multifamily community in Frisco’s Fields West development is now leasing. The Wentwood is the first residential complex currently renting at Fields West, which is anticipated to feature more than 1,100 total apartment spaces upon completion.
