JPMorgan Chase has signed a lease for a new office in Frisco’s Hall Park.
The company is expanding its banking teams and leasing a 41,000-square-foot space in the new Tower at Hall Park to serve clients who live and work north of Dallas. According to a company press release, the move is expected to include the hiring of more than 100 new employees.
What to know
The office at 6605 Warren Parkway will feature new signage and will be home to 120 JPMorgan Chase bankers working in the firm’s private banking, commercial banking and select wealth management businesses.
The office will include a client center offering a convenient and private location for bankers to meet with clients, along with:
- Flexible, modern workspaces designed for collaboration
- Access to on-site amenities, restaurants and services
- Capacity for up to 150 employees across two floors.
Employees in the firm's private banking, commercial banking and select wealth management businesses are scheduled to move into the space in early 2028, according to the release.

JPMorgan Chase’s largest concentration of local workers is the 13,000 employees at its Legacy West campus in Plano. The bank also has approximately 560 employees at its Dallas location, bringing the total to more than 17,000 employees in North Texas and 32,000 statewide, according to the release.
According to the company website, JPMorgan Chase employs more than 300,000 people worldwide and has $3.9 trillion in total assets.
